A blank paper is equal to my mind 

A blank paper is equal to my heart

A blank paper is equal to my empty body without any soul 

No words can I express my feelings

I don't know 

I can't explain nor tell

No Pain even effects me 

If I cut my nerves or anything

I won't be in Pain
